Click API Error

I referred this code https://github.com/docusign/code-examples-node/blob/master/lib/click/examples/createClickwrap.js for Click API but I keep getting error "ReferenceError: body is not defined". I don't understand which body? Can someone help me? Is there a discord where I can contact docusign managers directly?
