Composer.json is missing from the PHP quick start

Hello,
I downloaded quick start project in PHP language but unable to run because the composer.json file is missing. How to proceed?

    Hi there,

    I asked the Docusign team and they would like to know which package you tried? Also, please try the full (rightmost) package as that one is confirmed to be working. Thanks and best of luck on your project!
