Does an extension app have to be published in app center?

Hi,
I wonder if an extension app needs to be published on App Center of Docusign to pass testing or is it enough to demonstrate it on local machine?

  Hi there,

  Thanks for your question. From Docusign: "You don't have to publish to the App Center. However, you will need to include a link to a public repository such as Github containing their project noting what code you wrote within the hackathon timeframe and any other tools, APIs or libraries you used."
